In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately, after that please return to us the products, packaging box, invoice and free gift (if any) to return bank to our company within seven (7) days, after we received the completed product then we will send out the replacement immediately.
We regret that that product that had been opened or used, has passed the seven (7) days period or not in the original condition are not refundable.
All items you see in our shop we have in stock. If something is out of stock, we will inform you. We don’t ship partial order.
